Working with a running coach gives you the confidence of a framework to train in, it gives you accountability and removes the self doubt of wondering if what you are doing is the right thing. And of course it gives you someone to cheer you on. I get as excited about your running as if it were my own. Together we analyse every aspect of your running, and figure out how to bring out the absolute best of your ability, with the time that you have available.
