Hi, I’m Lauren, and I know what it feels like when running starts to get harder.

I’ve been a runner for years, and when I hit my 50s, I noticed the change of slower times, more injuries, and longer recovery. It was frustrating. Running has always been part of who I am, and I really don't want to lose that.

That’s when I realised that strength training, can make a big difference and I started training more wisely, and including strength work and mobility work to avoid injuries, and keep running strong.

And I really would like to help other runners especially those over 50, experience the same benefits. As a running coach and strength coach, through the Runstrong.over.50 app I’ve been helping other women build that important muscular strength and slow the inevitable process of ageing, down.
